This message is used by the dispensing system to notify the ETP Component of details of a dispensing event, so that the patient's clinical record can be updated, and to send information for a reimbursement claim for that completed prescription dispensing event, such that the ETP Component an forward a claim for reimbursement to the appropriate payment authority.
