The Appointment Cancellation Response represents either a Confirmation or a Rejection of the request appointment cancellation sent from the eBooking Service to the service provider. A confirmation interaction confirms to the eBS that the identified appointment has been cancelled by the service provider. A rejection interaction informs the eBS that the service provider is unable to cancel the identified appointment. | |||||||||
