Description:

Assigned OID:  the OID for the UK subset of SnomedCT, q.v.

Codes taken from the UK subset of SnomedCT representing a recommendation that the dosage of an ongoing medication should be changed, e.g. from '1 tablet 3 times a day with food' to '2 tablets 3 times a day with food'.  If required, it may change the recommeded site(s) of administration (e.g. left arm). 

 

Legend:

A code of TBA indicates that the SnCT code is not yet available.

+ after a code indicates that descendants of the code shall be used.

2	89925002	cancelled (qualifier value)	The recommendation has been withdrawn by its author. The recommended dosage change will not be made.
