Several updates to dead links, recreate examples and add constraints.

8083 – PSIS Event Query Response – Tabular view has no link – Insert link

8084 – PSIS DPA Subject Access Query Response has no link – Insert link

10170 – Links to example messages removed – insert links where examples exist.

14091/14094 – Example messages fail validation – Recreate example messages.

14096 – In tab view queryResponsePatient – example to message removed - insert link to example

15070/15151 – no link to PSISDataStatus vocab – insert links to vocabs

15430 – PSIS Error code vocab link incorrect – correct link (2.3 – Query Act Failed) to InfraSt-4.3

14888 - Query Responses reference multiple NHS Number OIDs – correct to only reference one OID

15915 – make withdrawingEventID optional in responses

15071 – DissentOverride is CWE?? – changed to CNE, caused by an issue in the R-MIM tools

In addition to the above:

§     Rename DPA Subject Access Query Response in tabular view from current “PSIS Patient Query Response” to “DPA Subject Access Query Response”;

§     Tidy up HTML in BT original examples under “External Documents”;

§     Update NHS numbers in ID’s to use official ‘99’ prefixes.
