ACTIVE | Active | Applies to a current authorisation for repeat prescriptions. In future if electronic prescription are tracked this could also apply to a prescription prior to dispensing. |
COMPLETE | Complete | Applies to any accurate record of a medication statement which is not Active. |
NULLIFIED | Nullified | Applies to an erroneous medication statement marked as deleted. |
OBSOLETE | Obsolete | Applies to an erroneous medication statement replaced by a corrected statement. |
