- Normal vital signs
Clinical Course[section 4]
Pregnancy test was found to be positive[c]. A differential diagnosis of Ectopic
pregnancy or Spontaneous abortion was made. Sally was admitted to the
observation ward. An ultrasound scan performed the next day confirmed a
blighted ovum[d].
Sallys PV loss settles and she is allowed home.
Her blood group was found to be B-ve and the Kleihauer Test was positive[e].
