Where the EhrCompoundLevel attribute value is 'topic' the vocabulary is used to name distinct clinical topics (e.g. problems) dealt with in a single encounter or composition.

A code describing a topic within a consultation record or composition (e.g. information about aspects of a patient's diabetes), taken from one of the following cod systems:

SNOMED CT UK

A code from Snomed-CT (UK) may be accompanied by additional qualifying codes from the same coding system.
