FGM Risk Indication System
The 'Spine-Request-MessageHeader-2-0' is the header for the FGM RIS Query message exchange that is requesting an action.
The reference(s) that is the subject of the action as well as other information related to the action are transmitted in the 'Spine-Message-Bundle-1-0' bundle, in which the MessageHeader resource instance is the first resource in the bundle.
The actual content of the data resource is specified for each message event e.g. FGMQuery_2_0 and the actual content of the message is referenced from the MessageHeader.data element:
Any resources referenced in the MessageHeader.data element are always included in the bundle.
