An Assessment Notice Accept Response message conveys to the Hospital System that the Social Care System agrees to the assessment request.The Assessment Notice Accept Response is required to be sent under the Care Act 2014.This replaces the previous Assessment Notification Accept Response Under Section 2 of the Community Care (Delayed Discharge) Act 2003.

An Assessment Notice Reject Response message conveys to the Hospital System that the Social Care System rejects the assessment request.The Assessment Notice Reject Response is required to be sent under the Care Act 2014. This replaces the previous Assessment Notification Reject Response Under Section 2 of the Community Care (Delayed Discharge) Act 2003.

The Discharge Notice is required to be sent under the Care Act 2014 schedule 3, para 2 (1) (b) to notify social services of the proposed date of a patient’s discharge.This Discharge Notice replaces the previous discharge notification Section 5 under the Community Care (Delayed Discharge) Act 2003.

A Discharge Notice Agreement Response message conveys to the Hospital System that the Social Care System agrees to the discharge date.The Discharge Notice Agreement is required to be sent under the Care Act 2014.This replaces the previous Assessment Notification Agreement Response Under Section 5 of the Community Care (Delayed Discharge) Act 2003.

A Discharge Notice Disagreement Response message conveys to the Hospital System that the Social Care System disagrees to the discharge request.The Discharge Notice Disagreement is required to be sent under the Care Act 2014.This replaces the previous Discharge Notification Disagreement Response Under Section 5 of the Community Care (Delayed Discharge) Act 2003.

The Withdrawal Notice is required to be sent under the Care Act 2014 schedule 3, para (1) (1) to notify social services of the withdrawal of a patient's notice. This could be withdrawing either the assessment or discharge notice or both the assessment and discharge notices as appropriate. This Withdrawal Notice replaces the previous withdrawal notification Section 3 under the Community Care (Delayed Discharge) Act 2003. There is a corresponding 'acknowledgement' response from Social Services.

The Withdrawal Notice Accept Response informs that the Withdrawal Notice has been accepted.

The Withdrawal Notice Reject Response informs that the Withdrawal Notice has been rejected.
